NEW! Collector’s Edition For World of Final Fantasy!

Hi everyone it's Xebs, SQUARE-ENIX has just announced a collector's edition for the PlayStation 4/Vita video game, World of Final Fantasy.

So here's what you get in the Collector’s Edition of World of Final Fantasy:

- Exclusive pop-up book
To house all of the physical and digital content in the Collector’s Edition, we’ve created a very special pop-up book featuring various scenes from World of Final Fantasy brought to life through striking 3D paper cuts – just like a story pop-up book! Since all of the contents of the Collector’s Edition of World of Final Fantasy fits inside of this pop-up book, it’s also pretty big!

- Special art book
World of Final Fantasy is an adorable game and has a unique style when compared to the rest of the Final Fantasy franchise. This 80-page hardback artbook shows off the stunning World of Final Fantasy creative direction and I’m sure it’ll put a smile on anyone who reads it.

- Mini figures
In World of Final Fantasy, you can summon legendary, legacy characters from the Final Fantasy franchise so in the Collector’s Edition we wanted to include some of our favourites. You’ll get mini figurines of Cloud (from Final Fantasy VII), Lightning (from Final Fantasy XIII) and Squall (from Final Fantasy VIII) in their adorable chibi form. Each figure is approximately 4-5cm tall.

- Soundtrack selection
A 20 track soundtrack selection CD featuring enchanting music from the game.

- Extra digital bonus content
You get five bonus bits of DLC which you can use in game:

  • Sephiroth (from Final Fantasy VII) - A special summon that will aid you in battle!
  • Red Bonnetberry, White Chocobo and Glow Moogle - These are special versions of mirages (monsters) you can recruit to join you on your quest and aid you in battle. If you’re a Final Fantasy fan, I’m sure you can recognise which mirages these are based on!
- Japanese voice over DLC
This allows you to play the whole game with the Japanese voice overs.

- World of Final Fantasy game for PS4
Obviously, we had to include the game itself! The Collector’s Edition will only be available for the PS4 version of World of Final Fantasy.

The World of Final Fantasy Collector's Edition will be limited so make sure you pre-order one so you don't miss out! You can pre-order the World of Final Fantasy Collector’s Edition (Here) exclusively from the SQUARE-ENIX (North America and Europe Stores ONLY).

World of Final Fantasy will be out on the 25th (US) 27th (Australia) 28th (Japan & Europe) of October 2016.

NEW! Kingdom Hearts Sora Play Arts Kai Figurine & Others At San Diego Comic Con!

Hi everyone it's Xebs, at San Diego Comic Con, SQUARE-ENIX announced a few new Kingdom Hearts Play Arts -Kai- figurines and other merchandise from the franchise.

One of them (which I'm really excited for) is Sora in his outfit from Kingdom Hearts III with his new Keyblade and his changeable double crossbows.

From the latest chapter in the globally beloved KINGDOM HEARTS series by Disney and Square Enix, KINGDOM HEARTS III, the protagonist Sora now makes an appearance to the Play Arts Kai action figure line!

Accompanying the improvements in the graphic technology of the game, our designers have paid close attention to expressing the minute details in the sculptwork of Sora in his slightly more mature and grown-up figure.

The costume design is based on the look of Sora’s KINGDOM HEARTS II outfit, with the predominantly red and black colour scheme of KINGDOM HEARTS 3D: DREAM DROP DISTANCE.

He is highly poseable due to the utilization of flexible materials. The Keyblade that can change form into a double crossbow – which could be called the trademark of this title — is also included as an accessory part. With all these features and more, this figure is certainly an eagerly awaited collector’s item for fans.

Chick Here, to pre-order the Sora (KHIII) Play Arts -Kai- figurine. The retail price is $149.99 (US) and will be released on January 30th, 2017.

BREAKING NEWS! Wreck-It Ralph 2 Confirmed By Disney!

Hi everyone it's Xebs, the Walt Disney Animation Studios just announced that Wreck-It Ralph is returning to the big screen in a sequel to the 2012 original film.

The filmmakers include director Rich Moore (Zootopia, The Simpsons), producer Clark Spencer (Zootopia, Bolt), director/writer Phil Johnston (writer, Wreck-It Ralph, Zootopia, Cedar Rapids), and actor John C. Reilly broke the good news this morning on Facebook Live

Reilly, who again lends his voice to the bad-guy-turned-good, Ralph, will be joined by Sarah Silverman as she reprises the role of Vanellope.

Moore shared that he's been developing the untitled sequel since soon after Wreck-It Ralph’s November 2012 opening. “From the moment we started working on the first Wreck-It Ralph, we knew there were so many possibilities with these characters,” he said. Before revealing that Ralph will be venturing beyond the arcade in the new film.

“This time, Ralph’s wrecking wreaks havoc on the Web—as only he can do. Characters we loved in the first film are back and we are ecstatic to be working with them—and the actors who voice them—once again.” “The world of the Internet is the perfect place to send Ralph and Vanellope,” Johnston said. “The scope and scale are so vast and the possibilities for comedy are endless.”And speaking of vast…

If you’re one of the many fans of the mobile game Disney Crossy Road, you just might see your game “wrecked” by Ralph in celebration of this exciting announcement. Beginning today, Ralph may just turn up in any of the game’s 12 different Disney and Pixar worlds and wreck part of your gameplay.

“Wreck-It Ralph has been one of the most popular worlds to play in Disney Crossy Road, so it made perfect sense to celebrate Ralph’s return by letting him go outside his world and ‘wreck’ other parts of the game,” said Chris Heatherly, senior vice president and general manager, Disney Apps and Games. “We are big fans of the first film, as are our players, and can’t wait to see how the next chapter unfolds.”

John C. Reilly sounded just as thrilled as we are that Ralph will soon be crushing it in a brand-new adventure. “Ralph is a character very near and dear to my heart,” Reilly said. “I’m really looking forward to playing the big lug again. Making the first Wreck-It Ralph was one of the most special experiences I’ve ever had, and I’m really looking forward to bringing him back to life. So many kids I’ve met all over the world are excited to see him again, too. They tell me all the time!”

Gigantic

One additional piece of big news was shared this morning by Walt Disney Animation Studios:

Gigantic, the animated feature that had previously been scheduled for release on March 9th, 2018 will now be released on November 21st, 2018. For fans of Disney animation, 2018 is already shaping up to be an enormous year!
