NOT A Swimming Day For Dory!

Hi everyone it's Xebs, there have been two news stories that have been circulating around the newest Pixar film, Finding Dory.

The first story is about a cinema full of kids and parents waiting to watch Finding Dory were shocked when a trailer for Sausage Party (an R-rated movie) played before the movie began. The US cinema was forced to apologise after the family friendly audience was exposed to the trailer.

"Playing that trailer was a one-time honest mistake by a theatre manager moving screens around in an effort to accommodate several large last minute groups wanting to see Dory..." - Walter Eichinger from the Brenden Theatre Corporation.

(A similar incident happened in 2013 with Disney's biggest hit Frozen. Click Here to read the article).

...And the second news stories was that a toddler who walked out of a screening of Finding Dory after becoming scared had to be rescued by a backpacker after falling into Sydney Harbour, Australia.

The mother was gathering her bags when her son John lost his balance and fell into the water at Darling Harbour. The mother had taken her family to see Finding Dory on Wednesday but took John out of the cinema after he became scared of the fish.

After seeing her son's head go under the water, the mother instinctively jumped in after him despite not being able to swim.

Tony, a German backpacker who arrived in Australia less than a week ago dived in after the pair and helped pull them to safety. The mother said she knew her son was ok after she saw his eyes open and he made some noise.

So far, Pixar's Finding Dory has grossed out $396.9 million (USD).
